I personally consider Tom Yum soup as a true symphony of taste and aroma in culinary world. The most alluring thing about this dish is its aromatic fragrant, which dominates by a fresh aroma of lime juice, follows by another layer of a uniquely citrusy scent of lemongrass, and finishes with a lighter and cooler trace of galangal and kaffir lime leaf.
